In accordance with M.O.A. U/W survey occurs in present of Buyer’s / Seller’s and Surveyor.
This is a full detailed inspection, to chech if exists any damage that affect the Class.
Necessary an CCTV color camera, good communication between diver camera operator and Surveyor or Diver Supervisor, efficient u/w lights.
The diver Supervisor must prepare in a plan with all vessel’s parts location, data info, FOT or WBT, bulkheads, drain plugs, etc.
