When a grounding ( or touch bottom) occurs at a vessel,
we carry out an underwater survey with CCTV camera,
- to exact locate the damage (WBT No/plating/Frame/Longitudinal)
- to describe the damage ( paint scratches/slight bend/ waving /bend affect the class/crack/rupture etc)
- issue the relevant report
- issue the relevant plan ( like shell expansion )
